Within our Buildings & Places business, we provide strategic advisory, project management and delivery services across commercial, workplace, residential, education, healthcare and public sector developments.\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our London Project Management team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of complex capital projects and programmes for key Property sector clients, working within fast-paced and operational environments. You will play a critical role in managing stakeholder relationships, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project outcomes from inception through to completion. Experience in delivering M&E and building services projects would be highly desirable given the nature of several current commissions and client requirements.\nYour role\nLead the successful delivery of capital projects and programmes across the Property sector from business case through to completion.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and providing strategic project leadership.\nManage multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\nOversee programme, cost, risk, governance and reporting activities, ensuring effective project controls throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate project activities within occupied and operational environments, balancing business continuity and delivery objectives.\nProvide clear and concise reporting to clients and senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.\nMentor and support junior project managers, sharing best practice and contributing to team development.\nSupport business growth through excellent client service, repeat business opportunities and participation in business development activities.\nAbout you\nProven experience delivering capital projects within a consultancy, client-side or contractor environment.\nStrong track record of managing complex projects and programmes in fast-paced client environments.\nExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating consultants and contractors.\nGood commercial awareness with a strong understanding of project controls, risk management and governance.\nKnowledge and experience of administering projects under JCT and/or NEC contracts.\nProfessional membership or chartered status with APM, RICS, CIOB or an equivalent professional body, or working towards chartership.\nExperience delivering M&E, building services or infrastructure-related projects within operational or corporate property environments would be advantageous.\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.
