This is an opportunity to influence portfolio performance, shape strategic growth, support high-performing teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex and meaningful projects.\nYour role\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nPlay a key role within our Nuclear New Build business, leading strategically important client frameworks as part of the Project Delivery Capability team.\nLead framework governance, performance reporting, action management, and assurance activities to support successful delivery.\nShape and develop pipeline opportunities, bids, mobilisation plans, and significant call-off opportunities in line with business objectives and client needs.\nOversee the effective delivery of projects and work packages, ensuring alignment with time, cost, margin, quality, and performance targets.\nBuild trusted relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact for significant framework matters and delivery challenges.\nDrive continuous improvement through lessons learned, performance insights, and the adoption of effective ways of working.\nSupport business development activities and help shape future opportunities across the nuclear sector.\nProvide leadership and direction across multidisciplinary teams while supporting the growth and development of project managers.\nAbout you\nWe take a strengths-based approach because we know successful leaders bring a variety of experiences, styles, and perspectives.
