Experience with Right-Of-Way, Access , and Utility processes and supporting documentation. \nPerforms and assists in the planning, design, and production of engineering drawings. May supervise the production of these drawings. Carries out specific assignments in preparing and assembling specifications.\nPrepare technical documentation, specifications, system requirements, permit applications, reports, cost estimates, material quantity estimates, and labor-hour estimates for transportation technology projects.\nSupport project delivery through plan reviews, shop drawing reviews, construction requests for information, progress documentation, field observations, system integration activities, quality reviews, computation checks, and design and drawing reviews.\nPrepares material for reports and permit applications, gathering information, and/or preparing work progression documents and graphic presentations.\nPerforms engineering calculations.\nPerforms field observations of construction where appropriate.\nAbout you\nBS and/or MS in Engineering with MS preferred.\n10+ years of engineering experience.\nMust have highway/roadway design and traffic experience.\nExcellent technical and interpersonal skills.\nStrong project financial management and team management skills.\nDOT experience is a plus but not a requirement.\nNJ PE required.
