The role works across Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle JDE, Oracle Fusion, reporting platforms, integrations, workflows and custom applications to deliver secure, scalable and supportable technology solutions.\nThe role contributes to the modernisation of the Finance Systems estate, supports acquisitions and transformation programmes, and helps ensure systems remain compliant, resilient and aligned with business objectives\nYour role\nProvide third-line technical support for Finance Systems applications. \nInvestigate and resolve complex incidents and problem records. \nTroubleshoot technical issues across Oracle ERP environments. \nDevelop technical solutions using Oracle technologies including PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, \nIdentify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve application performance. \nParticipate in root cause analysis and implementation of permanent fixes. \nPerform code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices. \nCreate reusable, maintainable and scalable software components aligned with engineering standards. \nContribute to automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. \nEnsure solutions comply with architecture standards, cyber security requirements and ITGC controls. \nMaintain technical documentation including designs, specifications and support procedures. \nFollow approved change management, release management and SDLC processes.\nAbout you\nExperience developing and supporting enterprise applications within Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle JDE and/or Oracle Fusion environments. \nStrong SQL and PL/SQL development skills. \nExperience developing interfaces, data conversions and integrations. \nUnderstanding of ERP business processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Project Accounting. \nExperience working within structured SDLC and change management processes. \nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. \nExperience working with version control and deployment management practices. \nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. \nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience. \nOracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI or BI Publisher experience. \nAzure Integration Services or Azure Logic Apps experience. \nExperience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. \nKnowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and automation tooling. \nExperience within global Finance Systems environments. \nExposure to M&A onboarding and ERP integration programmes. \nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.
