The role involves coordination with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to deliver compliant and effective sustainability outcomes.\nYour role\nSustainability Management & Coordination\nSupport communication of sustainability certification requirements and project progress to stakeholders and project teams.\nCoordinate with the Contractor’s Sustainability Engineer/Manager on day-to-day activities.\nAssist MEP and Civil teams in meeting sustainability requirements.\nParticipate in sustainability meetings and support preparation of Minutes of Meeting (MoM).\nDesign & Documentation Review\nAssist in reviewing design drawings, specifications, and sustainability-related documentation.\nMaintain documentation required for tracking sustainability KPIs.\nReview sustainability plans, procedures, and monitoring trackers submitted by contractors.\nSupport review of contractor submissions including:\nTechnical material submittals\nShop drawings\nCalculations and reports\nEnsure documentation aligns with sustainability specifications and project requirements.\nCertification & Compliance\nSupport green building certification processes (LEED, Estidama, Al Sa’fat, etc.).\nAssist in preparing documentation required for authority approvals.\nReview contractor submissions for compliance with sustainability requirements.\nEnsure adherence to QA/QC procedures and quality standards.\nSite Monitoring & Audits\nConduct site inspections and support sustainability audits.\nAssist in scheduling and coordinating audits required by regulatory bodies.\nMonitor Contractor’s CEMP implementation and report non-compliance issues.\nSupport issuance and tracking of:\nNon-Conformance Notices (NCNs)\nSite Inspection Notices (SINs)\nFollow up on corrective and preventive actions.\nReporting & Performance Tracking\nReview contractor sustainability reports.\nAssist in preparing monthly sustainability performance reports.\nSupport reporting of environmental and sustainability performance to clients.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nEnsure sustainability-related inspections, sampling, and testing activities are carried out as per standards.\nAssist in inspection of materials and witnessing of tests where required.\nKnowledge & Development\nAssist in preparing sustainability reports and documentation.\nSupport research on sustainability materials, technologies, and best practices.\nContribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.\nAbout you\nBachelor’s Degree (B.Eng / B.Tech) in Engineering or a related discipline.\n5-7 years of relevant experience in sustainability or related roles.\nESTIDAMA PQP (PBRS & PCRS)\nLEED Green Associate or LEED AP\nWELL AP (advantage)\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.\nThis includes:\nTax-free salary.\nLife insurance coverage.\nMedical insurance.\nAnnual leave balance.\nCompany gratuity scheme.\nDiscretionary bonus program.\nAnnual flight contribution.\nTransportation & housing allowances.\nEmployee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, personal health, fitness, and nutrition.\nSeize every opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and be recognized for the impact you make.\nAbout AtkinsRéalis\nWe're AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
