By harnessing outstanding creative, digital and technical expertise, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect and engage with their projects, delivering innovative solutions that bring ideas to life and create lasting impact.\nThis role combines professional videography, video editing and content creation expertise with strong motion graphics skills to create engaging and impactful visual content across a wide range of digital, marketing and client-facing projects.\nWorking as part of a global Creative Design team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content from concept through to delivery. Whether filming interviews, capturing project footage, creating social media content, editing case studies or developing campaign assets, you will use storytelling and creative thinking to bring projects to life and maximise audience engagement.\nMotion graphics and animation will play an important supporting role, helping to enhance filmed content through titles, graphics, explainers, visual effects and branded content. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strong production skills and technical excellence, alongside a passion for emerging technologies, digital content trends and innovative storytelling techniques.\nThis role requires candidates to work from our Birmingham office for 3 days a week.\nYour role\nLead the planning, filming and production of video content for marketing, corporate communications, client projects and digital campaigns.\nCapture high-quality footage using professional camera, lighting and audio equipment across a variety of environments.\nEdit video content to a high professional standard, ensuring engaging storytelling, pacing and visual quality.\nCreate motion graphics, animated assets, titles and visual enhancements that support and elevate video content.\nDevelop creative concepts, video treatments and storyboards that effectively communicate project objectives.\nConduct interviews and direct on-camera contributors to ensure confident and compelling on-screen delivery.\nPerform colour correction, colour grading, sound mixing and post-production finishing.\nIncorporate graphics, visual effects and motion design elements to create polished and engaging final deliverables.\nOptimise content for a range of platforms including social media, web, digital campaigns, presentations and events.\nCollaborate closely with designers, creatives, client teams and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality content.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.\nStay up to date with industry trends, filming techniques, production technologies and content creation best practices.\nSupport internal communications, thought leadership campaigns, case studies and employer brand initiatives through engaging content creation.\nBuild strong relationships with colleagues and clients through creativity, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.\nContribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the wider Creative Design team.\nExpected to travel to film shoots when required.\nAbout you\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.\nExtensive experience in videography, content creation and professional video production.\nStrong professional camera operating skills, including knowledge of composition, lighting and cinematography techniques.\nExperience recording high-quality audio for interviews, presentations and location filming.\nExcellent video editing and post-production skills.\nStrong storytelling abilities with the capability to create compelling visual narratives across multiple formats.\nGood motion graphics and animation skills, with the ability to create titles, explainer videos and branded content.\nExperience producing content for digital channels, social media and marketing campaigns.\nAbility to interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into engaging video content.\nExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and clients.\nA proactive approach to learning, problem-solving and continuous improvement.\nUnderstanding of AI-powered creative tools and emerging content creation technologies.\nDesirable SkillsExperience with Cinema 4D, Blender or other 3D content creation software.\nKnowledge of visual effects, compositing and advanced post-production workflows.\nExperience creating content for experiential, immersive or interactive environments.\nPhotography experience and content creation for social media platforms.\nKnowledge or experience of drone filming and aerial content production.\nExperience managing external production suppliers, freelancers or filming crews.\nWe would love to see your portfolio, so please attach it along with your CV when applying, as applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.
