The role provides technical expertise across inbound and outbound integrations, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable data exchanges that support HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business processes.\nThe Workday Integrations Specialist works closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, system architects, vendors, and project teams to deliver integration solutions that align with business requirements, enterprise standards, and operational objectives.\nYour role\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.\nDesign, configure and implement integrations using Workday integration technologies including:\nEnterprise Interface Builder (EIB)\nCore Connectors\nWorkday Studio\nWorkday Web Services (WWS)\nREST and SOAP APIs\nReport-as-a-Service (RaaS)\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into robust integration solutions.\nEnsure integrations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.\nProvide day-to-day support for existing Workday integrations.\nDiagnose and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.\nSupport Workday releases by assessing impacts, testing integrations, and implementing required updates.\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve integration reliability.\nRecommend and implement enhancements to improve integration performance, stability, and efficiency.\nMaintain integration documentation, technical specifications, process flows, and support procedures.\nCoordinate with vendors and implementation partners on integration deliverables.\nFacilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and provide project updates.\nProvide technical guidance regarding integration capabilities, limitations, and best practices.\nCollaborate with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\nAbout you\nQualification\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience building and supporting Workday integrations.\nStrong experience with Workday integration technologies including EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, and RaaS.\nExperience integrating Workday with enterprise applications such as:\nHR systems\nPayroll platforms\nIdentity management solutions\nServiceNow\nERP systems\nThird-party vendors\nExperience working with XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP, and web services.\nUnderstanding of integration patterns, middleware, and cloud integration platforms.\nExperience supporting global organizations and multi-region processes is considered an asset.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nExpertise in integration design, system architecture, and data transformation.\nUnderstanding of HR and Payroll business processes.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure Environment is a strong asset.\nWorkday Integration Certification is an asset.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ownership, accountability, and customer focus.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.\nTakes initiative and operates with a high degree of autonomy, navigating ambiguity and driving work forward with limited direction.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimization and efficiency.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders across time zones.\nFlexibility to support critical initiatives and production issues outside of standard business hours when required.\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.\nThis includes:\nComprehensive life insurance coverage.\nPremium medical insurance for you and your dependents.\nGenerous annual leave balance.\nFlexible and hybrid work solutions.\nRemote work opportunities outside of country.\nCompany gratuity scheme.\nDiscretionary bonus program.\nRelocation assistance.\nEmployee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, personal health, fitness, and nutrition.\nSeize every opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and be recognized for the impact you make.\nAbout AtkinsRéalis\nWe're AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
