This position is responsible for assisting guests with purchases, maintaining merchandise presentation standards, supporting inventory operations, and creating memorable interactions that enhance fan engagement. Game days and stadium events are considered core responsibilities of this role and may include pre-event, event, and post-event operational support.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nDeliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, providing product recommendations, answering questions, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects AMBSE's commitment to service excellence.\nSupport retail operations by processing transactions, maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring products are accurately displayed and readily available.\nContribute to team success by collaborating with team members, supporting gameday and special event operations, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and the overall guest experience.\nMaintain professional and operational standards by adhering to company policies, demonstrating professionalism, and representing the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, Mercedes-Benz
