Duties include but are not limited to assisting with project planning and procurement; coordinating grantmaking, grantee communication, documentation, and reporting; and supporting Public Art projects through communication and coordination with muralists, visual artists, commissioned artists, community partners, and other stakeholders.\nThe position will also assist with artist calls, commissions, jury and selection panels, project documentation, and procurement and payment processes. May perform other duties as assigned.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access), and familiarity with SharePoint.\nBasic knowledge of ATL Cloud/Oracle and City Procurement protocol.\nAccurately manages procurement and payables processing related to projects and artist payments.\nAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders.\nProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.\nCapable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Mathematical ability to handle required calculations and ability to use independent judgment in routine and non-routine situations is required.
