This position performs a variety of daily tasks in our corporate office. It is full-time (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Candidate will report to the Accounting Operations Manager.\nPrimary Roles & Responsibilities\nReceive, review, code and enter invoices and check requests into Sage\nReconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies and match purchase orders\nPrepare and process check runs and ACH payments\nServe as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain updated W-9 and tax information\nAssist the Accounting Operations\nRequirements\nRequirements, Experience & Education\n· Office Administration; 3 years (preferred)\n· Strong familiarity with Excel required\n· Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and data entry\n· Associate’s degree or some college business courses\n· Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills\n· Ability to pay attention to detail, and understand the need for accuracy\n· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others\nWe offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance and paid time off.\nAtlantic Bingo Supply is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
