This position is critical to our guests overall experience as the Dishwasher must ensure the plateware and glassware are clean and stocked for our guests to have a memorable experience.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nEssential Functions Statement(s)\nMaintain proper grooming and uniform standards\nAssemble dish machine and pot sinks to prepare for washing dishes, glassware, pots and pans\nChange water in the dish machine at a minimum every two hours, or earlier if necessary, and replace with fresh water to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized\nEnsure proper water temperature constantly\nClean all dishes properly using the dish machine or washing by hand\nCheck all dishes after cleaning to ensure 100% cleanliness\nSort clean silverware\nOrganize the dish area for efficient use of space\nSweep and mop floors throughout the entire dish area and back of house to maintain a clean environment\nCarry boxes and trash from the kitchen to the dumpster mainlining cleanliness throughout restaurant\nDemonstrate professional and gracious demeanor at all times\nPerform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately\nPerform any job function requested by the management team\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nCompetency Statement(s)\nAdaptability & Flexibility - Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities and works with a variety of situations, individuals, groups, and varying customer needs\nAttention to Detail - Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks\nCommunication - Listens to others and communicates in an effective manner\nConfidence - A matured and justified self-belief in one’s ability to do the job, and the conveyance of that behalf\nInitiative - Recognizes situations that warrant initiative and moves forward without hesitation;
