This individual will lead the management teams for each concept while ensuring both restaurants maintain their distinct identities, exceptional service standards, and strong financial performance.\nThis role requires an accomplished luxury hospitality leader who understands how to successfully oversee multiple concepts within a high-profile environment. The General Manager will partner closely with each restaurant’s Executive Chef, the Area Director, and corporate leadership to drive operational excellence while fostering a culture centered on hospitality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide strategic leadership for both Atlas and The Garden Room while preserving the unique identity and guest experience of each concept.\nLead and develop the management teams across both restaurants, creating alignment, accountability, and opportunities for growth.\nPartner closely with each Executive Chef to ensure seamless execution between front and back-of-house operations.\nDrive financial performance across both businesses through effective labor management, budgeting, forecasting, cost leadership experience, including General Manager or Director-level leadership within luxury hospitality.\nDemonstrated success leading multiple restaurant concepts or complex, high-volume luxury operations preferred.\nMichelin-starred or Michelin Guide restaurant experience strongly preferred.\nProven success managing restaurants with combined annual revenues exceeding $10 million.\nExceptional leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.\nStrong financial acumen with experience overseeing multiple operating budgets, labor models, and P&L performance.\nExtensive wine, spirits, and luxury hospitality knowledge.\nOutstanding communication and relationship-building skills.\nHigh emotional intelligence with a servant leadership approach.\nAbility to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.\nOpen to relocation to the Atlanta market if not currently local.\nPreferred Background\nIdeal
