destination-building a high-performing team, developing loyal guests, and driving an operation that reflects the energy and character of Lake Nona.\nResponsibilities\nLead all front-of-house and overall restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service, quality, cleanliness, and consistency.\nDeliver an exceptional guest experience by actively engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and driving repeat business.\nRecruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team of managers and hourly team members.\nManage restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor, cost of goods, controllable expenses, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.\nMonitor key performance indicators-including sales, check average, labor, guest feedback, and operational execution-and develop action plans to achieve goals.\nPartner closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to deliver seamless service, execute menu changes, and support promotions and events.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and all applicable health, safety, alcohol-service, and sanitation requirements.\nBuild relationships within the Lake Nona community and support local marketing, events, and lead in one of Orlando’s most innovative and rapidly growing communities.\nRequirements\nQualifications\n5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including at least 3 years as a General Manager or equivalent leader in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.\nDemonstrated success managing P&L performance, labor, cost of goods, and operational budgets.\nProven ability to build, develop, and retain strong restaurant teams.\nExperience with restaurant openings, major relaunches, lifestyle centers, destination dining, or resort environments is preferred.\nStrong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.\nAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and
