You’ll be empowered to lead, grow, and make an impact.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Recruiter / Sourcing Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, posting and managing job requisitions, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\nRecruiting & Candidate Sourcing\nSource active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking platforms, and internal databases.\nScreen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\nAssist recruiters with candidate outreach and initial candidate engagement.\nSupport recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives.\nRecruitment Coordination\nAssist the recruiting team with posting and maintaining open positions across various platforms.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting staff.\nMaintain and update interview schedules, calendars, and recruiting agendas.\nVerify the availability of internal and external candidates for interviews and meetings.\nSend interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.\nReschedule or cancel interviews and meetings as needed while ensuring timely communication to all parties.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.\nAdministrative Support\nRespond to candidate inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.\nTrack recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nDocument recruiting processes and scheduling procedures.\nMaintain recruitment reports, spreadsheets, and other talent acquisition documentation.\nKeep hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders informed of recruitment timelines and deadlines.\nPerform additional administrative and recruiting support duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nYou’re a great fit if you have\n2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination, or HR support experience.\nExperience scheduling interviews and managing multiple calendars.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Paycom.\nExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Built-In or other sourcing tools.\nPrevious experience supporting corporate recruiting teams.\nKey Competencies\nCandidate Relationship Management\nTalent Sourcing\nInterview Coordination\nCommunication Skills\nTime Management\nOrganization and Planning\nProblem Solving\nCustomer Service Orientation\nAttention to Detail\nContract Details\nContract position\nFlexible schedule based on business needs\nPotential for extension based on workload and business requirements\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nThis isn’t just a job, it’s a place to lead, grow, and thrive.
