Performs light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping and wiping counter areas when required. \nMaintains a complete knowledge of all menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients.\nCheck supplies in counter area and re-stock items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift.\nPerform daily reconciliation procedures at shift end and deposit funds/checks at general cashiers office.\nAdvises manager of all guest complaints.\nHandles telephone interactions using proper telephone etiquette. \nEnsures complete understanding of company’s fire and safety procedures and adheres to them.\nFollows Starbucks operational policies and procedures.\nRemoves trash bags from receptacles and replaces them with clean ones when necessary.\nResponsible for own cash at the beginning and end of each shift.\nPerforms all post-shift side work as specified by the Manager. \nKeeps medical health certificate current.\nPerform other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.\n The Company operates a twenty-four (24), hour, seven (7) days a week business.
