assist with accurate counting and labeling of all items.\nEnsure all products are properly labeled with dates, contents, and batch information where applicable.\nAssist in spot checks, audits, and variance investigations as directed.\nCleanliness & Organization\nKeep all beverage storerooms clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety codes.\nRegularly clean floors, refrigerators, storage racks/shelves, and surfaces.\nDispose of expired or damaged goods in accordance with SOPs.\nProduction & Prep Support\nAssist with in-house production of syrups, infusions, and specialty garnishes as needed.\nLabel and store house-made items with clear expiration dates.\nMaintain sanitation and safety standards during all prep tasks.\nSafety, Security & Compliance\nFollow all internal safety protocols for handling heavy lifting, hazardous materials, and secure storage of alcohol.\nAdhere to property policies and local liquor laws, especially regarding controlled beverage items.\nEnsure secure access to storerooms at all times;
