This person will assist in ensuring that the Resort’s total rewards package remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. The responsibilities will encompass a range of compensation and benefits activities, supporting employees and promoting a positive work environment.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport the Director of Compensation and Benefits in leading, managing and assuming overall accountability for the Compensation and Benefits team.\nAssist in managing employee benefit programs such as medical and life insurance, pension contribution, employee recognition and employee incentive programs.\nConduct regular market research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of the company's compensation structure. Assist in evaluating job roles and market trends to recommend appropriate salary ranges and incentive programs.\nAssist in creating and implementing communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation and benefits programs. Ensure that employees have access to the necessary resources and support.\nInitiates new and innovative processes to improve workflow and increase efficiency.\nManages the input and processing of employee transactions in the time and attendance human resources/payroll systems.\nEdits time and processes leaves for Human resources Division.\nManages the administration of matters for third party vendors.\nLiaises with the National Insurance Board on any statutory changes to benefits and manages communication to employees.\nAccountable for projects and the implementation of strategies, policies and guidelines, systems and processes that support Human Resources initiatives and compensation & benefits policies.\nSupports and trains the operating managers, employees and department managers on company policy, compensation matters, and employee benefits.\nCollaborates with the Recruitment and Payroll teams to ensure application of processes for hire, promotions, transfers, terminations and demotions are processed quickly and accurately.\nPerform other reasonable duties required by management.\nThe Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business.
