The Cove Coordinator is committed to exceeding guest expectations, resolving service concerns promptly, and creating exceptional guestexperiences.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nEnsure exceptional guest satisfaction and service recovery.\n\nManage guest check-ins, room assignments, upgrades, and room changes.\n\nHandle guest concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly.\n\nMonitor room inventory, availability, and revenue opportunities.\n\nMaintain accurate guest accounts, billing, and service records.\n\nCoordinate VIP arrivals, special amenities, itineraries, and guest experiences.\n\nConduct inspections of guest rooms, VIP accommodations, and service areas.\n\nCoordinate Bell Services operations, arrivals, departures, luggage handling, and transportation services.\n\nSupport repeat guest programs and maintain guest history records.\n\nCollaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.\n\nAssist with special events, reservations, and guest arrangements.\n\nThe Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nAt a minimum must have completed High School with above average grades.\nCollege degree preferred but not essential.
