Director or Director.\n\nDrives the Guest experience to ensure that the company and divisional goals of 90% or better are met.\n\nExecutes organization goals, policies and procedures.\n\nRepresents the resort brand, its owners, shareholders, management and employees in an excellent manner.\n\nReviews forecasts and remains aware of all functions and activities during shift.\n\nConducts briefing sessions daily, advising staff of objectives.\n\nGenerates and produces the department’s daily briefing and activity sheet.\n\nRegisters guests upon check-in.\n\nEnsures that guests understand their hotel package, additional charges, use of room key.\n\nExplains any current information on property as required by management.\n\nAssists with recommending change rooms and activities for guests during sold out periods.\n\nAssists with room changes and upgrades.\n\nAdvises management and coordinators of any changes that may impact room blocks or availability for arriving guests.\n\nHandles guest complaints in a prompt and efficient manner and works to resolve as many issues as possible, prior to guest departure.\n\nEnsures that the process of posting and correcting relevant charges of guest account is accurate and is in compliance with company’s standards.\n\nMake decisions for complimentary allowances based on poor service for up to $1,000.00.\n\nResponds to calls from RCC to expedite guest requests or address concerns.\n\nDrives follow-up and response to service logs and reports in a timely manner.\n\nAssists in maintaining the repeat guests’ program and maintenance of guest history.\n\nPerform other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time by management.\n\nThe Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week business. Therefore, it may be necessary to change the accustomed shifts at times, as the business demands.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nAt a minimum must have completed High School with above average grades.\nCollege degree preferred but not essential.
