Screens and interviews applicants and select top candidates.\n\nAnticipates, initiates, and responds to activities that may affect the business.\n\nMaintains effective favorable relationships among managers by coaching and supporting managers to promote a good working environment. Promotes team building and makes oneself available to employees.\n\nCreates a working environment free of discord and ensures open communication with all internal and external customers.\n\nAssists with providing guidance and counselling to employees requiring assistance related to compensation and benefits, labour relations and all other disciplines of Human Resources.\n\nPerform other reasonable duties required by management.\n\nThe Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources.\n\nA minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources.\n\nKnowledge of employment law and compliance regulations is preferred.\n\nAbility to objectively coach employees and managers through complex, difficult and emotional issues.\n\nMust possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills and manage projects effectively.\n\nMust be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.\n\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\n\nExcellent computer skills: Microsoft Office - Word, Power Point, Project, and Excel.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\n\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nWhy Join Atlantis?\nJoin a world-class team where exceptional service, professional growth, and exciting career opportunities come together.
