Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupports the Directors of L&D by partnering with L&D team members to design, implement, and evaluate learning strategies aligned with business objectives.\nLead orientation and onboarding initiatives, including content updates, logistics, reporting, and participant experience.\nDesign, develop, and facilitate leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders.\nActively support talent management, succession planning, and development of high-potential employees.\nDevelop leadership or professional development programs for management-level team members.\nConsult with business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend effective learning and performance solutions.\nManage and continuously enhance the TIDE Internship Program, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and talent development objectives.\nLead, coordinate, and oversee all internship and job shadowing programs in collaboration with divisional heads and key stakeholders.\nServe as the primary liaison among interns, educational institutions, divisional leaders, and program stakeholders.\nOversee recruitment, onboarding, engagement, evaluation, and completion of activities for internship and job shadowing participants.\nBuild and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and external partners to strengthen talent pipelines.\nManage departmental trainers and ensure consistency and effectiveness of learning delivery across the organization.\nCreate and maintaintraining materials, facilitator guides, and other learning resources.\nAdminister and maximize utilization of the A-Cloud Learning platform and other learning technologies in collaboration with the Learning Coordinator.\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and learning analytics to measure participation, effectiveness, and business impact throughout assigned divisions. \nDeliver engaging, interactive, and culturally relevant learning experiences for diverse audiences.\nMaintain accurate records and archives of learning, internship, and talent development activities.\nPerform other duties assigned by management.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n3-5 years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, talent development, or related discipline.\nStrong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.\nExperience designing and delivering adult learning programs.\nExperience managing projects and multiple priorities.\nStrong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, learning systems, and reporting tools.\nAbility to analyze data and make recommendations based on
