This includes, but is not limited to opening of shutter doors, reconciling wristband/locker distribution, collection of towels and towel bins, wiping off counter tops, and maintaining the cleanliness of the towel hut and locker areas.\n\nCoordinate with all necessary departments - including front desks, marina, wristband control, IT - and department leadership and administrative support to provide superior guest service and fulfill guests’ requests.\n\nCommunicate with the Laundry department and/or WPO management team to ensure towel supply levels are maintained throughout the day.\n\nMeet and greet all Atlantis guests as they arrive at the service stations, towel huts and lockers. Verify hotel guests before issuing wristbands, towels, and lockers.\n\nMonitor communication screens for timely updates to provide maximum guest satisfaction, by providing guests with water park and resort updates as they become available.\n\nAssist with inventory counts for par levels, re-stocking, or any maintenance issues, reporting discrepancies immediately to the manager on duty.\n\nOversee control and security processes that prohibit unauthorized accessibility to the non-public facilities of the resort and the proper implementation of the systems to allow authorized access.\n\nAct as a ticket and wristband distribution representative as required, while maintaining responsibility and accountability for the inventory assigned.\n\nFollow the procedures of the MWPO Atlantis logbook in which colleagues are to input daily any comments and concerns regarding the guest experience.\n\nConduct VIP Atlantis tours and escorts while ensuring accuracy of content; a delivery style which is friendly, entertaining, and informative; as well as adherence to the specified procedures and time perimeters.\n\nHandles guest inquiries or complaints professionally and in a timely manner.\n\nHelp reunite lost patrons in the water park with the rest of their party.\n\nCommunicate appropriately with WPO Management on the availability of pool deck seating.\n\nEducate guests and colleagues on wristband colors and usage.\n\nMonitor and address pools, rides and slides access for guests while restricting non-guest access where needed. Assist with height measurement of children, as required.\n\nAssist with long lines in Aquaventure, redirecting guests to open locations.\n\nPerforms administrative duties and any additional tasks as requested by management.\n\nThe Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week business. Therefore, it may be necessary to change the accustomed shifts at times, as the business demands.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma\n\n2 years minimum work experience in a customer service field, preferably hospitality industry\n\nProficiency in the following computer applications:\n\nMicrosoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Omni Ticket and RTP system\n\nCertification in CPR and First Aid\n\nProven ability to plan, organize and execute requests\n\nSelf-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision\n\nAbility to effectively multi-task\n\nAbility to stand for long time periods and work outdoors in inclement weather conditions, if required\n\nFlexibility with work schedule including weekends and holidays\n\nExcellent interpersonal, teamwork and planning skills\n\nWhy Join Atlantis?\nAt Atlantis, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering world-class guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
