Also, conducts regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.\n\nMaintains accurate record keeping of the operations of the department on a regular basis including inventory control records and ordering of material and equipment.\n\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise engineering projects, renovations, and upgrades within the resort.\n\nPrioritizing, and carrying out service support/inspections and updates systems as required.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nCertification or specialized training in facilities management or hospitality industry preferred.\nHigh School Diploma\nProven experience in engineering management, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment a plus\nCertification in kitchen equipment repair is a plus\nMinimum 5-7 years of facilities management experience, preferably within hospitality, hotels, resorts, restaurants, or large-scale food service operations.\nExperience managing maintenance teams and external vendors.\nWhy choose Atlantis?\nAt Atlantis, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering world-class guest experiences while\nmaintaining the highest standards of safety.
