In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks while enabling rapid and secure product delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nThreat Modeling & Risk Assessment\nDesign and conduct comprehensive threat modeling sessions for new features and system architectures\n\nIdentify potential attack vectors and security vulnerabilities early in the development process\n\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize security requirements based on risk assessment\n\nDevelop and maintain threat models for existing and new products\n\nSecurity Testing & Validation\nPerform security testing of web applications, mobile applications, and APIs\n\nConduct static and dynamic application security testing\n\nExecute penetration testing and vulnerability assessments\n\nReview code for security vulnerabilities and provide remediation guidance\n\nValidate security controls and defensive measures\n\nDevSecOps Integration\nImplement and maintain Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tools in CI/CD pipelines\n\nDeploy and optimize Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) solutions\n\nEstablish cloud security best practices and tooling for AWS environments\n\nBuild security gates and quality checks into development workflows\n\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to secure infrastructure as code\n\nSecurity Automation & Tooling\nDevelop automated security testing frameworks and scripts\n\nBuild tools and integrations to streamline security processes\n\nAutomate vulnerability scanning and reporting workflows\n\nCreate self-service security tools for development teams\n\nImplement security orchestration and response automation\n\nSecurity Analytics & Monitoring\nDesign and implement security metrics and KPIs for product security\n\nAnalyze security testing results and trends to identify systemic issues\n\nBuild dashboards and reporting for security posture visibility\n\nConduct security data analysis to inform strategic decisions\n\nMonitor and respond to security alerts and incidents\n\nCross-functional Collaboration\nPartner with engineering teams to provide security guidance and support\n\nEducate developers on secure coding practices and security requirements\n\nWork with product managers to balance security and business requirements\n\nCollaborate with infrastructure and platform teams on security architecture\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in product security, application security, or related cybersecurity roles\n\nStrong background in threat modeling and secure design review.\n\nExtensive experience with web application security testing and mobile application security for iOS and Android platforms\n\nHands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and security tool integration\n\nProficiency with SAST, DAST, Cloud Security tools\n\nExperience with security automation and scripting (Python, Bash)\n\nBackground in security analytics and data analysis for security insights\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes)\n\nKnowledge of infrastructure as code security (Terraform, CloudFormation)\n\nFamiliarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2)\n\nExperience with bug bounty programs and responsible disclosure\n\nExperience with compliance requirements (PCI DSS,
