You will report to the Deputy GM .\nYou will:\nDevelop, debug and maintain MCU firmware; \nImplement data acquisition, signal processing and equipment control functions; \nDevelop communication protocols such as CAN, RS485, Modbus and Ethernet; \nCollaborate with algorithm engineers to implement and optimize signal processing algorithms; \nDevelop low-level drivers including ADC, DAC, PWM, Timer, SPI, I2C and UART; \nSupport product testing, troubleshooting and field issue analysis; \nPrepare technical documentation and test reports. \nConvert algorithm requirements and signal processing logic into stable, production-ready software solutions. \nCreate and maintain debugging tools, supporting product validation, customer integration testing, and field troubleshooting activities. \nTo succeed, you will need\nEducation level - Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Instrumentation or related disciplines \nRelevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) : -Minimum 3 years of MCU firmware development experience; -Proven ability to independently develop embedded firmware products; -Experience in industrial instruments, precision equipment or leak detectors is preferred.;-Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred; -Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability. -Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills. \nLanguage skills：Possess at least basic written English communication skills; verbal communication skills are a plus. \nStrong experience in embedded software development, with expertise in system control, communication protocols, diagnostics, data logging, and algorithm implementation for industrial or precision instrumentation products. \nOther skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint \nVacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus. \nOpen flexible mindset.
