Project Management\nConduct project kick-off meetings and establish execution plans.\nReview contractual and technical requirements.\nDevelop, maintain, and monitor project schedules.\nManage project budget, costs, and profitability.\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation measures.\nManage customer requirements, variations, and scope changes.\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables.\n2. Engineering Coordination\nCoordinate mechanical, electrical, and control engineering activities.\nManage document submissions and approval processes.\nReview and approve vendor documentation.\nCoordinate technical discussions with customers and suppliers.\nResolve engineering issues during project execution.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications and standards.\n3. Procurement & Supplier Management\nCoordinate with suppliers and production centers regarding project schedules.\nMonitor procurement and manufacturing progress.\nManage supplier technical clarifications and document submissions.\nResolve supplier-related delays and quality issues.\nSupport supplier performance evaluation and continuous improvement.\n4. Manufacturing & Delivery Management\nMonitor manufacturing status and production milestones.\nCoordinate shipment schedules and logistics activities.\nManage delivery commitments and customer expectations.\nCoordinate transportation and export requirements when applicable.\nSupport customs and logistics documentation activities.\n5. FAT & Inspection Management\nPlan and coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).\nSupport customer and third-party inspections.\nManage FAT punch lists and follow-up actions.\nReview inspection reports and corrective actions.\nSecure shipment release approval.\n6. Installation & Site Execution Support\nSupport installation planning and execution.\nCoordinate activities with site engineers, contractors, and customers.\nMonitor installation progress and site issues.\nProvide technical support during installation activities.\nEscalate critical project execution issues when required.\n7. Commissioning & Start-Up Support\nCoordinate commissioning schedules and resources.\nLiaise with CTS, service teams, and commissioning engineers.\nSupport troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.\nCoordinate performance testing and customer acceptance activities.\nManage project handover to customers and service teams.\n8. Documentation & Commercial Control\nMaintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nPrepare project status and progress reports.\nManage milestone invoicing and payment follow-up.\nProcess and manage change orders.\nPrepare final documentation packages.\nSubmit as-built documentation and close-out reports.\n9. Project Milestone & Commercial Support\nMonitor and track key project milestones throughout project execution.\nVerify contractual milestones such as delivery completion, installation completion, site acceptance, and handover.\nSupport timely Revenue Recognition and Order Intake realization by securing required supporting documents.\nObtain customer acceptance certificates and project completion records.\nSupport invoice issuance by coordinating required documentation with internal stakeholders.\nFollow up customer invoice submission and approval status.\nAssist in minimizing unbilled revenue and collection risks.\n[Qualifications]\n1. Experience/Education\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, project management, or project execution.\nExperience in industrial equipment, utilities, or process systems.\nExperience with compressors, dryers, nitrogen generators, or packaged systems is preferred.\n2.
