We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a production environment\nAbility to learn computer programs\nKnowledge and skills in the construction, operation, and hazard recognition of electrical systems and equipment\nAbility to read basic blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics\nAbility to use basic hand tools along with industry instruments including a voltage detector and caliper\nAbility to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing\nContinuous improvement mindset: ability to implement new processes and ideas\nProven ability to work independently, prioritize conflicting tasks, manage time effectively, and make certain independent decisions\nAbility to stand for the majority of an 8 hour work shift; 6 or more hours typically\nAbility to lift up to 35-40 pounds periodically; lift assist available as needed.\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\n\nYour compensation and benefits\nAt Atlas Copco Group, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation.
