You will collaborate across teams to introduce innovative manufacturing practices, support new product launches, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence.\nYour day-to-day\nSupport daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, implementing corrective actions, and managing multiple priorities.\nCoordinate tooling and equipment installations, process validations, and employee training activities.\nServe as a key user for assigned systems and lead continuous improvement projects.Utilize ERP, MES, and other manufacturing software to support assembly and testing operations.\nConfigure production workflows, maintain system data and documentation, and resolve ERP/MES-related issues.Perform required system transactions to support manufacturing processes and ensure data accuracy.\nAnalyze production performance through data collection, time studies, and line-balancing activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and other operational excellence methodologies.\nDevelop and maintain standard work, PFMEAs, tools, fixtures, and process documentation.\nCommunicate process changes and provide technical training and support to production and engineering teams.\nSupport new product introductions, engineering changes, and manufacturing process development.Interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and product specifications to ensure manufacturability.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to validate processes, support pilot builds, and ensure production readiness.Identify and implement automation, AI, digital manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 solutions to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.\nEvaluate and deploy innovative technologies such as machine vision, smart tooling, connected equipment, and digital work instructions.\nMeasure project outcomes, document benefits, and standardize successful solutions across manufacturing operations.\nIdentify safety and ergonomic risks, implement corrective actions, and incorporate ergonomic principles into workstation and process design.\nYour skills and experience\n3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a production environment.\nBachelor's or master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nProficient in CAD software and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).\nStrong experience with ERP and MES systems (such as BPCS) and manufacturing data analysis tools.\nDemonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, Kaizen, and time study techniques.\nFamiliar with new manufacturing technologies including automation, AI, and Industry 4.0 applications.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities combined with effective project management skills.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and tolerance specifications with high accuracy.\nStrong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable analyzing data and presenting findings.\nAttention to detail combined with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.\nPhysical capability to perform roles that may involve occasional lifting up to 40 pounds and periodic travel for project support.\nWe encourage applications from candidates with a variety of professional experiences and backgrounds, embracing diversity in all its forms.\nYour compensation and benefits\nAt Atlas Copco Group, we offer a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects your role, skills, and experience.
