You will report to the Engineering Team Lead.\nYour day-to-day\nDesign and develop mechanical solutions for new product development projects, from concept through industrialization.\nCreate and maintain 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-effective products.\nSupport prototype development, testing, validation, and design reviews.\nAnalyze technical challenges and drive continuous improvements in product performance, quality, and manufacturability.\nEnsure designs meet technical requirements, industry standards, cost targets, and project timelines.\nYour skills and experience\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.\nProficiency in 3D CAD design tools and technical drawing creation.\nExperience with product validation, testing, and industrialization processes.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for manufacturability.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.\nProfessional proficiency in Spanish and English.\nWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
