Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.\nYou will:\nReport into the Site Manager.\nConduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues prevent equipment downtime.\nPerform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.\nBe the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.\nTo succeed, you will need\nEducation level\nHigh School Diploma.\nPrefer an AS degree (full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).\nRelevant Previous experience\n1-3 years of equivalent experience in relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum. Ideally, with customer facing experience. \nKnowledge areas/Skills\nStrong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and timeframes, while working in alignment with Edwards strategies and processes.\nSelf-directed, with the ability to understand and resolve problems aligned with job responsibilities and escalates through the appropriate channels when required.\nProactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand customer ‘s business.\nAbility to share technical expertise and knowledge and provide coaching to less experienced team members.\nCollaborates and supports with team members to deliver company objectives.\nComplies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety and health obligations are met.\nFluency in written and spoken English.
