Set up a time frame taking the available resources and priorities into consideration. Coordinate tasks to respect to the set planning.\nPrepare technical drawings/specifications/qualification plan, compile reports for PTM/PCM\nClosely get involved with prototype assembly and prototype tests in the lab.\nPlay an active role in supplier visits and technical meetings with suppliers together with the Sourcing engineers to have components with the right quality at market-leading cost.\nVisit customers to get a better customer understanding and follow-up endurance tests or quality issues.\nSupport product line and service teams with difficult to solve quality issues.\nWork according to a lesson learned approach and believe there is always a better way.\nYour skills and experience\nFor senior engineer, minimum 3 years’ experience. Familiar with OIS compressors or air treatment products is preferred.\nExperience on motor, gear, bearing is plus for drive train engineer.\nUniversity degree or above, science and engineering background (prefer one of below: Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal energy and power, Refrigeration, Measurement and control technology and instruments)\nMandarin mother tongue, good English reading and written, oral is preferred.\nKnowledge of MS Office. Experience with Inventor and MRP systems is an asset.\nUnderstand DFMEA, safety review and related legal requirements.\nYour job location\nThis role requires you to work on-site at our office in Wuxi, China.
