You will be part of our Projects team. In this role, your mission is to supports the Desoutter Mexico sales and Projects organization throughout the sales and project lifecycle.\nYour day-to-day\nProvide input on project timelines, resource estimates, delivery models, and implementation requirements.\nReview quotations, proposals, and RFQ responses to support realistic scope, cost, schedule, and delivery commitments.\nCoordinate timely quotation generation and establish consistent quoting practices for project-related business.\nIdentify delivery risks.\nManage simple projects requiring additional components sourced internally, from external suppliers, or through the global APC in Nantes, France.\nFacilitate project closeout.\nCoordinate order invoicing activities to support accurate revenue recognition and reporting for the Mexico Customer Center and applicable Product Companies.\nTrack revenue, cost, purchasing, receipts, delivery, invoicing, work in process, and orders on hand for open projects.\nMonitor project inventory and working capital while balancing responsible stewardship with successful customer delivery.\nServe as a knowledgeable user and support contact for relevant business systems, including SAP ECC, Workfront, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.\nManage communications within the Project Team and across the Mexico Customer Center, Product Companies, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.\nMaintain the supplier portfolio by category, monitor lead times and performance, and support continuous improvement of supplier capability and accountability.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nYour skills and experience\nSelf-direction, professionalism, integrity, and personal accountability.\nPlanning, execution, organization, and strong attention to detail.\nAnalytical thinking, conceptual thinking, and results orientation.\nClear communication, influencing skills, teamwork, and frequent cross-functional interaction.\nCustomer focus, responsiveness, flexibility, and a sense of urgency.\nContinuous learning and continuous-improvement mindset.\nAbility to balance customer delivery, profitability, resource capacity, and working-capital considerations.\nYour job location\nThis role requires you to work on-site at our office in Tlalnepantla, Mexico (MX).
