You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for our customers.\nTo support VSS sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities by leading and coordinating sourcing projects, supplier transfers, and supply continuity initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring supplier compliance, maintaining accurate SAP master data, supporting cost, quality and delivery objectives, and ensuring all sourcing activities are conducted in accordance with Atlas Copco's Business Code of Conduct and procurement standards.\nMain Responsibilities\n\nSourcing & Supplier Transfer Projects\nSupport and execute sourcing program Dromos.\nLead & coordinate sourcing activities associated with supplier transfers.\nSupport supplier selection, onboarding, RFQ activities, supplier evaluations, and commercial assessments.\nTrack sourcing project milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables.\nManaged supplier relationships and performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, cost, regulatory, and sustainability requirements including contract management.\nCollaborated with Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to resolve supplier issues and drive corrective actions.\nCreate, maintain, and update SAP master data including such as, Source list, Purchasing information records, Vendor master data, Material master records.\nEnsure all sourcing activities comply with Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct, ethical sourcing standards, and applicable corporate policies.\nBuilt strong stakeholder relationships and communicated sourcing progress, risks, and mitigation plans to support successful project delivery.\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and efficiency gains.\nContribute to the development of sourcing tools, reports, and best practices.\n\nYour skills and experience\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related experience.\nMinimum 3 years experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier development within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience managing sourcing projects, supplier transfers, or product localisation activities preferred.\nExperience working within cross-functional international teams.\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.\nKnowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nFluent English, both written and verbal.\nYour compensation and benefits\nAt Atlas Copco Group, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation.
