This role is responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across a defined region, with a focus on complex case management, compliance guidance, and employee lifecycle support. \nAs part of our HR service delivery model, this position operates as an advanced individual contributor, supporting escalated and non-routine HR matters that require deeper expertise and judgment. The role partners closely with Shared Services and the Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely resolution of HR issues. \nThis is a regionally aligned role that requires a strong understanding of local employment practices and language proficiency relevant to the supported geography which includes the Nordics region.\nKey Responsibilities \nHR Service Delivery & Case Management \nManage and resolve complex or escalated HR inquiries and cases across the employee lifecycle \nServe as the point of ownership for issue resolution, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes \nProvide guidance on non-standard HR scenarios, applying sound judgment and company policies /’ \nMaintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with internal SLAs \nRegional Compliance & Employee Support \nApply country-specific employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies \nProvide clear and practical HR guidance to employees and managers within the region \nSupport compliance-related activities, including audits, documentation, and regulatory requests \nPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant practices \nCross-Functional Collaboration \nWork closely with Shared Services teams to ensure appropriate case escalation and resolution \nPartner with Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams to address complex or sensitive matters \nSupport regional HR programs and initiatives, including performance cycles and benefits processes \nEscalate risks proactively and drive issues through to resolution \nContinuous Improvement & Operational Excellence \nIdentify trends in employee inquiries and recommend process improvements \nContribute to the development of knowledge articles and service documentation \nSupport data quality and compliance reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency \nParticipate in initiatives that enhance service delivery and employee experience \nQualifications \nRequired \n3-5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or employee lifecycle support \nExperience managing complex HR cases or escalations in a multi-country environment \nStrong understanding of regional employment practices and compliance fundamentals \nProficiency in HR systems and case management tools \nProfessional working proficiency (or higher) in the primary language(s) of the supported region \nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information \nPreferred \nExperience working within a tiered HR service delivery model \nExposure to regional labor law frameworks (e.g., EMEA, LATAM, APAC) \nExperience collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams \nHR certification \nThis position description may not describe all duties, responsibilities, and skills associated with this position.
