This position oversees daily asset management activities, coordinates equipment logistics, and maintains accurate records to support operational readiness and minimize downtime.\nWorking closely with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, and Finance, the Asset Supervisor ensures equipment is properly tracked, maintained, and available to meet business needs. This role also drives process improvements, enhances asset visibility, and provides reporting to support operational planning and informed decision-making.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nAsset Management & Accountability\nOversee the tracking and management of company-owned and leased equipment, ensuring accurate records of asset locations, deployment status, utilization, and availability.\nMaintain accountability for equipment throughout its lifecycle, including deployment, transfers, maintenance, and returns.\nEquipment Logistics & Coordination\nCoordinate equipment transportation, hotshot deliveries, and relocations to support field operations and minimize operational downtime.\nPartner with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure equipment is available and deployed according to business priorities.\nGPS & Telematics Management\nOversee the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of GPS tracking devices and telematics systems.\nLeverage tracking technology to improve equipment visibility, monitor utilization, and support asset accountability.\nRepair & Maintenance Coordination\nTrack equipment repairs, coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors, and monitor repair timelines.\nEnsure timely communication and follow-up to return equipment to service as efficiently as possible.\nAsset Documentation & Compliance\nMaintain accurate registration, ownership, lease, and compliance documentation for company equipment.\nEnsure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures are followed for equipment pickups, transfers, and returns.\nReporting & Operational Support\nPrepare and maintain reports related to asset availability, equipment utilization, repair status, and inventory levels.\nIdentify trends, equipment needs, and opportunities to improve asset utilization and operational efficiency.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as a key point of contact between Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, and Finance to coordinate asset-related activities.\nSupport leadership with accurate asset information, operational updates, and recommendations for improvement.\nProcess Improvement & System Optimization\nIdentify and implement improvements to asset tracking procedures, documentation, reporting, and equipment coordination.\nPromote consistency, accuracy, and accountability across asset management processes and systems.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.\n3-5+ years of experience in asset management, equipment logistics, fleet operations, or a related field.\nExperience using asset management systems, GPS tracking platforms, and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and coordinate with external vendors.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing or coordinating heavy equipment, trailers, fleet assets, or oilfield equipment.\nFamiliarity with equipment transportation, hotshot logistics, and field operations.\nKnowledge of equipment registration, asset documentation, preventive maintenance tracking, and compliance requirements.\nExperience improving asset tracking processes, reporting tools, or operational workflows.\nWhat You’ll Love About Us:\nBest People and Team.
