This role builds reliability plans for power systems, directs preventive, predictive, and critical repair activities, and keeps operations running by minimizing downtime while managing costs. The I&E Supervisor partners closely with Engineering, Operations, and Safety on projects and expansions, and ensures the team executes in full compliance with safety management programs and regulatory requirements. \nResponsibilities \nProvide technical leadership and day-to-day direction to the I&E group, including work assignments, coaching, and development. \nSchedule and supervise daily and weekly assignments, ensuring repairs and maintenance projects are completed efficiently and effectively. \nOversee preventive, predictive, and critical repair activities across instrumentation, electrical, and control systems. \nDevelop and maintain reliability plans for power systems, using equipment history and performance data to prioritize work. \nSupport Operations to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs. \nCollaborate with Engineering and Operations on safety initiatives and expansion projects, providing I&E input from planning through commissioning. \nProvide guidance and direction to operational personnel to ensure successful I&E applications and compliance with safety management programs and applicable regulatory requirements. \nPrepare and maintain accurate documentation, work records, and reports as needed. \nComply with and enforce all Atlas Energy Solutions safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including energy isolation lockout/tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work practices. \nOther duties as assigned. \nQualifications \nRequired: \nHigh school diploma or GED required \n10 years of instrumentation and electrical experience required \n10 years of leadership or supervisory experience required \nWorking knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, motors, and motor control equipment \nAbility to read and interpret engineering standards, drawings, and schematics, including electrical, pneumatic, and P&ID drawings \nExperience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs and reliability planning \nProficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems for scheduling, documentation, and reporting \nWorking knowledge of applicable electrical and safety regulatory requirements \nEffective verbal and written communication skills \nValid Driver’s License \nPreferred: \nTechnical certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree in instrumentation, electrical technology, engineering, or a related discipline \nExperience in industrial, mining, manufacturing, energy, or heavy equipment operations \nJourneyman or master electrician license \nWork Location & Travel Requirements \nLocation: West Texas \nWork Environment: Field, Shop, and Outdoors; industrial plant environment with limited climate control \nTravel %: 50 \nSchedule/Work Arrangement: Rotational schedule \nPhysical Demands: \nRegular use of hands to handle, finger, and reach materials, tools, and equipment \nRequired to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed, including work at elevation and in confined spaces \nMust regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and heavier items with appropriate assistance or mechanical equipment \nRequired vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus \nMust be able to tolerate conditions associated with field and plant environments, including heat, cold, dust, noise, and limited climate control \nWhat You Will Love About Us \nBest People and Team.
