We value individuals who have a strong visual sense, curiosity to learn, ownership mindset, collaborative attitude and the ability to think beyond just screens. Attention to detail, consistency, willingness to iterate and excitement for building scalable product experiences are qualities we highly value in this role.\nHow will you contribute to HugoHub?\nAs a UI Design Intern, you will contribute to:\nProduct interface design for web and mobile platforms\n\nDesign systems and reusable component libraries\n\nWireframes, UI explorations, High-fidelity screens and prototypes\n\nClient-specific modules within a larger product ecosystem\n\nInternal tools and engagement workflows\n\nVisual consistency and scalable UI patterns\n\nCross-functional product brainstorming and ideation\n\nYou will not just “make screens.”\nYou will help build experiences that are scalable, reusable and product-driven.\n\nMust have skills\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Design or related field (preferred).\n\nGood understanding of UI design fundamentals like typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy and color usage.\n\nHands-on proficiency in Figma with surface knowledge of components, auto-layouts and reusable styles.\n\nBasic understanding of user experience, wireframing and responsive design principles.\n\nStrong attention to detail and visual consistency.\n\nGood communication, collaboration and openness to feedback.\n\nEagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced product environment.\n\nGood to have skills\nUnderstanding of design systems and scalable component thinking.\n\nKnowledge of prototyping and micro-interactions.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams during execution.\n\nFamiliarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma Dev.\n\nInterest in branding, illustrations, system design, AI-assisted illustration generation and exploring modern AI-driven design trends.\n\nStipend\nINR 35,000 / Monthly\nHugoHub values being Responsible, Open, and Collaborative.\nYou should be passionate about what HugoHub stands for:\nHonest, truthful and open communication at all times with the team members.\n\nWe are responsible to our customers, community, and team to help shape a more open, collaborative approach to wealth.
