You will be part of our Compensation, Benefits and HR Digitalisation team reporting to the HR Digitalisation Manager. In this role, your mission is to turn workforce data into reliable insight and deliver digital solutions that enable informed decision-making and more efficient HR processes.\nYour day-to-day\nAnalyse workforce data and identify trends, insights and opportunities to support workforce planning and business decisions.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models that provide accurate and actionable people insights.\nPrepare and validate workforce reporting, including headcount, FTE, attrition and absence data.\nDrive improvements in data quality by investigating issues, implementing controls and collaborating with data owners.\nSimplify and automate HR processes using Microsoft 365 tools and Power Automate workflows.\nSupport the use of approved AI solutions and digital tools, ensuring outputs are reliable, compliant and user-friendly.\nYour skills and experience\nExperience analysing data and translating business questions into meaningful insights and recommendations.\nStrong Power BI skills, including data modelling, Power Query and DAX.\nAdvanced Excel capabilities for data analysis, validation and reporting.\nA methodical approach to data accuracy, quality assurance and problem solving.\nExperience gathering requirements, improving processes and supporting digital solutions.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nAbility to manage stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities.\nExperience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors (HR:Link), Power Automate and AI tools would be an advantage.\nWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
