Many of these customers already know us but have not been in regular contact for some time. Your mission will be to proactively reconnect with them, understand their service needs, and identify opportunities to support their operations.\nYou will spend part of your time reaching out to customers by phone and email, while also handling incoming enquiries and helping customers find the right service solutions for their equipment. Working closely with Service, Field Sales, and Technical teams, you will play an important role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth\nYour day-to-day\nProactively contact existing and inactive customers by phone and email to identify service opportunities.\nBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships within your assigned portfolio.\nManage sales opportunities from initial contact through quotation, follow-up, negotiation, and order completion.\nProvide technical and commercial support related to service products and maintenance solutions.\nRespond to incoming customer enquiries and prepare quotations.\nSupport sales campaigns and customer retention initiatives.\nMaintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM systems.\nCollaborate closely with Service, Field Sales, and Technical Support teams.\nAssist customers with Atlas Copco digital tools and customer applications.\nSupport spare parts quotations, parts identification, and related documentation.\nIdentify and escalate data quality issues related to customer information, pricing, stock, or installed equipment.\nYour skills and experience\nGreat level of German (native preferred)\nEnglish at fluent level\nExperience in customer service or inside sales is an advantage but are not mandatory\nThe most important is your confidence in communication with customers.\nYou enjoy talking to customers and building relationships.\nYou are proactive and comfortable taking initiative.\nYou stay persistent and motivated even when customers do not respond immediately.\nYou can work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different teams.\nYou are practical, organised, and focused on finding solutions.\nYou are curious, eager to learn, and interested in both technical and commercial topics.\nIn return, we offer\nFinancial bonus and salary increase every year\nFlexible working hours, shortened to 37.5 hours per week\n5 weeks of vacation and 3 flexible days off\nOption to work from home (up to 2 days per week)\nMeal contribution\nMultisport card or Flexi Pass vouchers\nPension fund contribution up to CZK 2,000/month\nExtensive training opportunities, including language courses, free access to LinkedIn Learning, and the ACCA program\nTechnical training and certifications\nFree psychological, financial, and legal counseling for employees and their families (Employee Assistance Program)\nNewly renovated offices with a stunning city view, large terrace on the 20th floor, and a relaxation zone\nVolunteer days and support for non-profit organizations\nA friendly company culture is not just a cliché -
