Industry experience would be considered in the absence of a degree.\nMinimum 2 year experience in manufacturing, assembly or operations environment.\nExperience/knowledge of Kaizen, 6S, Lean Manufacturing.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.\nAdvanced Excel, Word, Autocad, Project, Solidworks\nWorking knowledge of ERP systems (Encompix benneficial).\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience in project management and leading improvement projects.\nDemonstrated skill and achievement in implementing Lean practices in an operations environment.\nIn return, we offer\nCulture of trust and accountability\nLifelong learning and career growth\nInnovation powered by people\nComprehensive compensation and benefits including 401k match\nGenerous PTO package\nSalary Range: $79,000 - $90,000 / year\nJob location\nThis role requires you to work on-site at our office in Saugerties, NY.
