The MFE Team Lead is expected to be a highly visible leader who can effectively lead both directly and through influence. Success in this position requires the ability to align diverse teams, drive enterprise-wide initiatives, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and create a culture focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all Ceres Technologies sites and regions.\nMain Responsiblities:\nDirectly leads and develops a team of up to 15 employees across multiple Ceres Technologies sites and operational zones.\nResponsible for the full staffing lifecycle of the MFE organization, including workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, development, succession planning, and employee engagement.\nEstablishes team priorities and allocates resources to support business objectives, manufacturing initiatives, and customer requirements.\nEnsures the MFE team is appropriately staffed and trained to support operational growth, new product introductions, process improvements, and strategic business initiatives.\nProvides leadership, mentorship, and career development opportunities for team members while promoting a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nConducts performance evaluations, establishes individual development plans, and drives talent development across the organization.\nDeveloping and executing the MFE team strategy aligned with company operational objectives.\nManaging department workload, priorities, and resource allocation across all sites.\nSupporting Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Project Management, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams with manufacturing process expertise.\nEnsuring successful execution of work order processes, manufacturing readiness activities, capacity improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.\nLeading cross-site standardization efforts and sharing best practices between manufacturing locations.\nSupporting the deployment and sustainment of VTPS initiatives while partnering with designated VTPS leadership.\nDriving continuous improvement activities that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity performance.\nActing as the primary escalation point for manufacturing process and workflow challenges requiring MFE support.\nBuilding strong partnerships with site leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across all Ceres Technologies locations.\nCross-Functional Collaboration,the MFE Team Lead will routinely partner with multiple departments across Ceres Technologies. \nLead strategic operational improvement projects from concept through implementation.\nCoordinate cross-site initiatives that improve manufacturing performance and standardization.\nSupport facility expansions, equipment implementations, automation projects, and process improvements.\nTrack project metrics and communicate progress to leadership teams.\nEnsure projects achieve measurable business results and sustainable improvements.\nTo succeed, you will need\nWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
