This also includes the installation, debugging, and basic troubleshooting of Atlas Copco software, as well as implementing tightening services effectively and safely.\nDevelop detailed service plans aligned with service contract specifications and client needs to ensure seamless delivery.\nConduct in-depth training sessions for customers on the operation of Atlas Copco products, enhancing user competence and satisfaction.\nPerform Walk The Line activities to evaluate service quality and provide comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.\nCollect and analyze quality data on Atlas Copco products, managing warranty claims and compiling detailed reports to identify and resolve issues promptly.\nProactively manage customer complaints and open issues, collaborating closely with customers until resolution is achieved.\nMaintain effective and open communication channels with customers, ensuring transparency and fostering long-term relationships.\nCoach and mentor fellow onsite technicians to enhance team performance and ensure consistent quality of service delivery.\nIdentify and escalate business and technical risks promptly by raising red flags to relevant parties for timely intervention.\nAccurately and timely document all working activities and hours within the operation system to maintain reliable records for analysis and compliance.\nGather, analyze, and present Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to support continuous improvement efforts and operational transparency.\nPerform thorough technical problem-solving and root cause analysis, producing detailed reports to inform corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport the team leader with service contract management activities to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.\nManage safety-related assets and equipment such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire protection tools, ensuring compliance and readiness.\nAdhere strictly to company policies relating to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) to maintain a safe working environment for all.\nFulfill any other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to team goals.\nBy taking ownership of these responsibilities, you will play a vital role in sustaining our reputation as a trusted industry leader and in contributing meaningfully to customer success and company growth.\nTo succeed, you will need\nQualifications and Attributes Required\nCompletion of college degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering is essential;
