CODA is a strategic, group-wide data analytics platform that brings together Sales, Finance and ESG data to provide trusted, transparent and near real-time insights through Power BI and AI initiatives. By enabling more consistent, scalable and data-driven reporting, CODA strives to support better decision-making across users in Group, Business Areas, Divisions and Entities.\nAs CODA continues to evolve into a multi-product platform, this role will help deliver secure, high-quality Power BI solutions in line with the CODA roadmap. The focus will be on translating business requirements and complex data into reliable reports, dashboards and semantic models that create value and support data-driven decisions across the business.\nResponsibilities\nTranslate business requirements into clear Power BI solutions for CODA.\nDesign, develop, deploy and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.\nBuild robust data models, DAX measures and Power Query/SQL transformations.\nImplement RLS, optimise performance for big data and ensure solutions follow enterprise standards.\nSupport users, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve existing Power BI solutions.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, functional analysts, data engineers and technical teams.\nChallenge unclear requirements, explain technical constraints, offering alternative solutions where possible, and ensure trusted reporting outputs.\nPrepare documentation, guidance and training material to support adoption and maintainability.\nCoach and mentor junior colleagues, promoting Power BI, data modelling and visualisation best practices.\nTo succeed, you will need\nWe value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.\nMinimum 5 years' BI experience, including 4+ years strong hands-on Power BI development.\nExperience delivering enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models and optimizing large data models. \nAdvanced Power BI Desktop and Service, including report development, publishing, refresh, workspace usage and capacity monitoring.\nStrong DAX, SQL, Power Query/M, data modelling and semantic model design skills.\nExperience with RLS, performance optimisation, DirectQuery and enterprise reporting standards.\nFamiliarity with Data Lake, Databricks, Azure DevOps, Git, deployment pipelines, working with Jira and Agile is a plus.\nEffective adoption of AI in development work is also considered a plus. \nExcellent English (oral and written).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nAble to explain technical topics clearly to business stakeholders and challenge unclear requirements constructively.\nStructured, proactive, quality-focused and able to work with limited supervision.\nCoaches and mentors junior colleagues in Power BI and data modelling best practices.\nIn return, we offer\nAnnual financial bonus and salary increase\nFlexible working hours, shortened to 37.5 hours per week\n5 weeks of vacation and 3 flexible days off\nOption to work from home (up to 50% of the time weekly)\nMeal contribution\nMultisport card or Flexi Pass vouchers\nPension fund contribution up to CZK 2,000/month\nTraining opportunities, including language courses, free access to LinkedIn Learning\nFree psychological, financial, and legal counseling for employees and their families (Employee Assistance Program)\nNewly renovated offices with a stunning city view, large terrace on the 20th floor, and a relaxation zone\nVolunteer days and support for non-profit organizations\nA friendly company culture is not just a cliché -
