You will report to the Production Engineering Team Leader.\nYou will\nProcess Optimization Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.\nIdentify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.\n\nTechnical Process Support Serve as the technical expert for assigned manufacturing processes.\nTroubleshoot production challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.\n\nContinuous Improvement Lead and support Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.\nUse data and performance metrics to drive operational excellence and process reliability.\n\nDocumentation & StandardizationCreate and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards.\nPromote consistency and best practices across manufacturing operations.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives, new product introductions, and process improvements.\nTrain and support employees on process changes and best practices\n\nTo succeed, you will need\nWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
