Through strong communication, meticulous quality oversight, and proactive problem-solving, you will ensure customer expectations are met, risks are mitigated, and high-quality products are delivered on time and in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. You will report to the Quality Manager.\nYou will\nServe as the primary quality representative for customer projects, ensuring all quality requirements, specifications, and contractual obligations are met. \nAct as the main point of contact for customer quality communication, reporting, audits, and inspections. \nMonitor project quality performance, track ket metrics, and drive resolution of quality issues and nonconformances. \nPartner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations. \nReview customer specifications and quality requirements, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation plans. \nMaintain accurate project quality documentation, reports, and records to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve on-time delivery performance. \nTo succeed, you will need\nWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.\nYou have at least 5 years of experience, working in quality engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, or project quality role.\nYou hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related field, or have equivalent combination of education and experience. \nYou have a strong understanding of quality systems, quality documentation, reporting, and inspection processes. \nYou have experience interpreting customer specifications, quality requirements, and technical documentation. \nYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. \nYou have strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. \nYou are proficient with MS Office applications, including excel, PowerPoint, and Word. \nAbility to travel up to 15%. \nIn return, we offer\nCulture of trust and accountability: Lead quality initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction, product quality, and project success.
