Your leadership will help establish GECIA as the preferred partner for the digitalization journey of stakeholders.\nYou will accomplish this by:\nDriving innovation and adopting emerging technologies.\nDeveloping talent and fostering growth.\nAchieving operational excellence.\nKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer FocusEnhance customer satisfaction by fostering a customer-focused culture.\nCommunicate promptly and proactively with all stakeholders.\nBuild and implement effective governance mechanisms to track, progress, and update projects, proposals, and business engagements.\nCreate and maintain dashboards and KPIs to control, monitor, and improve quality, delivery, and cost parameters.\nEnsure resource and team availability for customer requirements.\nDevelop and coach team members for effective communication with customers, positioning GECIA as the first point of contact for Apps and Software services.\nPeople FocusAttract and retain talent in the team.\nProvide mentoring, coaching, and technical leadership to team members.\nMap competencies and skill sets, identify gaps, and execute training plans for all team members.\nConduct talent reviews and create development plans for each individual.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and team success aligned with business and customer success.\nBuild subject matter experts in various technology stacks, establishing GECIA as a competence center.\nFocus on strong employee engagement and help team members identify their purpose.\nInnovation FocusLead the implementation of industry best practices and stay updated on emerging trends.\nPropose and implement plans to address competency gaps and drive innovation within the team.\nOperational ExcellenceAct as a Scrum Master, driving Agile practices and ceremonies.
