You’ll be at the heart of the workplace, helping to create a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for everyone on site.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the day-to-day management of the site and on-site teams, including security, cleaning, engineering, post and visitor hosting.\nAct as a key point of contact for the client, building strong and effective working relationships.\nCoordinate reactive, planned, remedial and project works, using both internal teams and external contractors.\nEnsure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, agreed SLAs and quality standards.\nManage subcontractor attendance from initial request through to completion, ensuring works are completed effectively and on time.\nMonitor statutory and non-statutory PPM activity, escalating where required to maintain compliance.\nMaintain accurate CAFM records, work orders, quotations, purchase orders and supporting documentation.\nReview contractor service records and raise follow-on works where required.\nSupport the Facilities Manager and Account Director with reporting, management information and contract governance.\nComplete scheduled quality audits and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery.\nMonitor site consumables, stock and relevant agency spend within agreed budgets.\nRespond appropriately to site emergencies and urgent operational issues.\nLeading the Team\nYou’ll help create a positive, high-performing workplace culture by:\nManaging, supporting and developing members of the site-based team.\nCoaching and mentoring colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.\nSupporting performance management, appraisals, recruitment and personal development.\nManaging rostering and absence processes accurately.\nPromoting employee wellbeing and leading by example.\nEnsuring the team consistently represents the company and our client professionally.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nYou’ll also play an important role in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by:\nEnsuring relevant Health & Safety requirements are followed.\nMaintaining accurate site compliance documentation.\nDelivering site inductions for engineers and contractors before works begin.\nManaging site permits in accordance with relevant RAMS and site procedures.\nWorking closely with operational and compliance teams to maintain high standards across all service streams.\nAbout You\nMinimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required\nGSCE in English and Maths or Equivalent\nAccredited Health and Safety qualification e.g. IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable)\nFirst Aid Certificate (Emergency First Aid at Work as a minimum) (Desirable)\nFire Warden / Marshal training (Desirable)\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience for this role\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a Multi-Site /Service FM Delivery environment, with direct and indirect management of services\nStrong written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, build positive relationships and deliver a consistently high-quality experience.\nExcellent organisational skills.\nPrevious experience of using CAFM systems.
