In addition, you will work closely with our Customer Success team to develop and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders at customer accounts.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You’ll Do\nCreate and drive execution of detailed projects, working in collaboration with customer stakeholders\n\nOwn communication with clients regularly to provide our recommendations and manage expectations\n\nDirectly communicate with VP+ level executive stakeholders at customer accounts\n\nIdentify the needs of technology executives and prepare relevant analyses and reports to help inform decision-making and provide clarity into the health of their engineering organization and actions required to improve\n\nIn partnership with our Customer Success and Product teams, you will also:\nRefine the strategies to deliver great value to customers through DX Program Manager services\n\nRecommend and contribute to process improvements to maximize accuracy and efficiency within the Program Manager Services offering\n\nQualifications\nQualifications\n2-5 years experience in a customer facing role\n\nPrior experience in change management, consulting, business analytics, client services, project management, operations, etc\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; comfort presenting to strategic stakeholders/leadership\n\nHighly organized and able to effectively manage a high volume of parallel projects at once\n\nAble to provide great, consistent service to clients who are sometimes assertive and demanding\n\nSelf-motivated, able to work effectively under deadlines without much supervision, excellent follow-through\n\nCompensation\nAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.
