We follow consistent hiring practices and account for each candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience when setting base pay within the range.\nThis role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.\nBackground\nDomain experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Commercial Operations, Deal Operations, Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Quoting/Contract Support, or Revenue Operations.\n\nPeople leadership: 2+ years of experience leading and managing people in an operations, customer support, sales support, or revenue-facing environment.\n\nOperational scope: Proven track record managing high-volume, time-sensitive, or globally distributed workflows and establishing operational governance, service standards, and escalation paths.\n\nCollaborative & distributed mindset: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, Finance, Legal, Systems) and comfort thriving in a distributed-first workplace.\n\nRequirements\nEducation & foundations: BS/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nSystems & tooling: Practical working knowledge of CPQ/Quote-to-Cash systems, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, and cloud marketplaces.\n\nAnalytical skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (ad hoc formulas, workload/pricing analyses, and performance trend evaluation).\n\nTransactional & motion expertise: In-depth experience with quote creation, revision, order management, provisioning, signatures, and document control across direct, partner, and sales-led motions.\n\nOperational judgment & governance: Strong judgment balancing speed, quality, customer outcomes, and risk, with experience driving process improvements from stakeholder feedback.\n\nBenefits & Perks\nAtlassian offers a wide range of perks and benefits designed to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
