We hire great people and then trust them to be great.\nWe're hiring a Principal Enterprise Architect with an Enterprise Strategy and Planning focus, and strong AI expertise, to join our Advisory Services Delivery team as an individual contributor - this is not a managerial role. Atlassian Principal Enterprise Architects are experts in Atlassian products, practices, and solutions, delivering guidance to drive value realisation for clients that have purchased Advisory Services from Atlassian. Each member of the team isaccomplished at delivering performant strategic technical guidance at scale, aligning product capabilities with business needs and desired outcomes.\nYou will help our strongest promoters showcase successes to their peers, and serve as the tip of the spear in growing the reach of our technologies for new use cases and markets. We follow consistent hiring practices and account for each candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience when setting base pay within the range.\nThis role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.\nYour background:\n8-12 years of experience within SaaS companies\n\n8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles where you've engaged with and influenced customer stakeholders that range from technical administrators to executive leadership\n\nDemonstrated expertise in Enterprise Agility, including\nDirect experience contributing and developing enterprise-wide Agile adoption strategies, providing solutions to customer business challenges, while having in-depth knowledge of client organizational objectives\n\nHands-on experience planning and executing the rollout of large-scale enterprise planning tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally), customizing solutions to integrate with client systems while ensuring alignment to client organizational objectives\n\nExperience in developing tailored enablement programs, leveraging relevant certifications to empower client teams with Agile expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement\n\nProven track record for building relationships and influence with senior management, both with clients as well as internally\n\nDemonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence, including\nFamiliarity with Atlassian’s Rovo platform, and ways in which Agents are implemented and deployed\n\nBackground in large language models (LLMs) for generative content, prompt engineering, and chat-mediated interactions\n\nProven ability to design proof-of-concept solutions to address common business challenges for Enterprise customers, particularly in the Enterprise Strategy and Planning space\n\nDemonstrated expertise in Atlassian's System of Work, including\nMastery in identifying customer business challenges and uncovering key requirements\n\nExtensive experience designing and advising customers at scale on comprehensive solutions that span products, services, practices, and platforms to support better teamwork and collaboration\n\nExperience with Rovo, Agentic AI, MCP, and/or other AI integrations\n\nYou're fluent in English, and nice to have a second language relevant to the SEA market.\n\nIt’s nice if you are:\nComfortable coaching best practices and tailoring curated guidance for stakeholders to facilitate those practices\n\nExperienced working on cross-team projects, engaging with Sales, Product, Support, and other teams\n\nExperienced working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity\n\nBenefits & Perks\nAtlassian offers a wide range of perks and benefits designed to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
